Testimonials
Regardless of whether they sought me for executive coaching or life coaching, for communication or confidence, we focused on what matters most: inner work.
Here are the experiences of my clients.
El, I experienced a breakthrough in my communication after our previous session.
As you know, I’ve had issues communicating with my partner for quite a while. I found it hard to talk to her, and it was difficult to share my feelings with her.
But after what I learnt from you in our previous session, that same night, I had one of the best conversations with my her! I was finally able to speak my thoughts, share my feelings… most importantly, she was finally able to understand and relate to what I was expressing!
It was a nothing short of a 180º transformation, from how we have been!
From the start, I was mindful of the space; I didn’t fall into the trap of having the conversation with her while I was driving. This thing you spotted already made a fundamental difference!
When we sat down to talk, I stayed aware of how I was somatically. I shifted my breath and my body as needed, so I was able to manage my emotions and articulate my needs. The conversation went so smooth, and at the end, I really felt understood. Finally!
I also shared your techniques with my partner, and showed her how to use them. She instantly felt she could calm herself down and be in better control of her words. True enough, when she applied it to talk with her family, she was able to get her message across clearly, without breaking down in tears!
Ever since that day, I felt that I have no problems speaking with people. Incredible, right?
I’ve also been using and sharing this at the workplace, where I often have to help my team deal with interpersonal issues. I feel great that I’m able to improve my communication and to offer the same help to others.
I’m not perfect yet. But this experience was truly insightful, because I can clearly see what I was doing wrong in the past! Now I know how I can make better communication happen!
I feel extremely happy that I’m able to share how I feel and what I need, without offending people. But I’m most happy that I can share my inner thoughts to my partner and be understood.
Looking forward to more!
Ellery helped me improve my confidence and communication skills.
I was easily overcome by anxiety. A simple but unexpected “Hello, how are you”, would spike my anxiety. I felt unprepared and had to ‘force’ myself to give a response.
After coaching with Ellery, I can pause and give myself space, distance myself from the problem, and let go of the anxiety. I can change and be calm, through self-awareness.
El helped me demystify what confidence means. I thought I needed to know everything, in order to be confident. He showed me it’s possible to not know things and still be humble and confident. He helped me to shift my mindset and attitude, and make this possible.
What I learnt from Ellery was tested in the first week of my new job and it really had an effect on me! I wasn’t nervous like I originally feared. In fact, a colleague mentioned she really likes my attitude of asking questions and being willing to learn!
Nowadays, when anxiety and self-doubt comes up for me, I can catch what’s true and what are merely assumptions. With this awareness, I can intervene on my emotions and actions, and get the sort of outcomes I prefer. This is different from the past, where I would remain stuck in a loop of self-criticism. I felt that Ellery coached me at the very fundamental level, so that the same principles work no matter what situations I’m in.
Besides my core issues, Ellery also coached me on effective communication skills, particularly when interacting in group settings. This helped me a lot with in my job which required me to communicate in situations I found difficult.
In every session, El equipped me with tools and tailored them to my needs. I learnt interventions that were both linguistic and somatic in nature. By being congruent in my thoughts and my body, I feel more safe and in control. My world became less scary.
The most significant revelation for me is that I have control over my body, and my body can shift my mind. With this, I know I can be in control of my own feelings, whenever I’m aware and want to. For me, this was truly freeing and liberating!
El is able to assess my situations from different angles, test out solutions, and iterate on the spot. Together, we adapted solutions to work in different situations and places, and even to make them covert! Learning through this method, I also managed to iterate my own version of a “confidence hack” which I use at my workplace.
I feel that El is deeply knowledgeable yet not overly theoretical, and he is passionate about the work we do together. Bonus: he’s good at helping me understand and remember things through visual metaphors. One that stuck for me is to “bring the problem into the light so that it dies like vampire”.
Ellery will be a superb coach if you’re looking for practical ways to resolve your anxiety and confidence issues. These were my starting points with El, and I benefited a lot more along the way. You will certainly grow if you practice your self-awareness and the solutions.

I looked for Ellery to help me with interview skills as I had to conquer an interview which would decide my next career step. It was an interview hard to come by and it was important to me.
Knowing that I always have issues with presenting myself succinctly and had interview anxiety, I reached out for help.
Ellery focused on tangible tips as we only had one session before the interview. During the session, Ellery was fast in drilling down to the two concrete and practical tips I needed. He was clear in communication and I liked it that the session was interactive and I had ample opportunities to try out the techniques taught to me. He even followed up to ensure I practised the tips regularly before my interview.
During my interview, I was able to present myself confidently and assertively using the techniques taught to me. I was able to clear my interview which opened progression opportunities for me.
If you want results, Ellery is the person to look for. There is no issue that cannot be conquered. Be brave, take the first step and seek help.
Ellery helped me create major positive shifts in my relationships. He supported me in reclaiming the freedom and personal dignity that comes from having healthy boundaries.
I’ve had a past of saying “Yes” to others and causing damage to myself. In my career, I took on more than I can do, because I was unable to say “No”. I also had difficulty communicating my own thoughts and needs, and silently accepted the contrary opinions of others. As a result, the people in my life experienced outbursts of resentment from me. To them, it came out of nowhere. But for me, it was bottling up for a long time. In this way, I would cycle through anxiety, anger and guilt. I knew I could communicate better, but just didn’t know how.
Through an ad, I chanced upon Ellery and decided to take action. I didn’t know what to expect, but he quickly made me feel at ease. Through artful exploration, Ellery helped me to understand how the way I carry myself affects how others view me. He also helped me to uncover blindspots in the way that I communicate. I was able to see what was missing in my relationships – things that I could do and say to take care of myself, but didn’t.
Most memorable for me, was when I discovered how to say “No”, in a way that felt powerful yet safe to express. It was quite an emotional breakthrough for me. I understood that I have a voice and I can use it to do what I needed to do for myself and be heard.
The effects in my life were real! I was able to protect myself from resentment and burnout at work. I was able to push back unreasonable requests and unwanted opinions without feeling defensive and angry. At home, the communication with my husband became more open, allowing us to be better partners in parenting.
I can now ask for what I need without damaging relationships; there is ease and peace.
The work that Ellery does is profound, because he goes deep beyond the surface. He can help you to take control of your emotions, and unlock your ability to do what you wish to do.
If you want to greatly improve your communication, relationships and confidence, Ellery is your coach. He has both the empathy and expertise to help you.
"Rather than being your thoughts and emotions, be the awareness behind them."
~ Eckhart Tolle
Ellery is a master of his craft. He has guided me through a period of my life where I need someone to help me. What you learn with Ellery will help you for the rest of your life. He has my deepest gratitude and thanks for sharing his skills and knowledge with me. Before coaching with Ellery I didn’t know how to interpret my moods and emotions. After, I was able to understand how to use the body and mind to control my thoughts. The biggest awareness for me was being shown that it was possible to use my body to control my moods and emotions. By doing exercises and mindfulness breathing I was able to calm my thoughts and manage myself better. Ellery has a gift of being able to guide me to realise things about myself that can improve me as a person. It is clear that he is able to help people from all walks of life.
It was a pleasure to work with Ellery as my coach. He helped achieve clarity by cutting through the clutter to identify problems that were blind spots. He helped reorganize, refocus and anchor on goals, which sets challenges in new perspective.
His guidance on effecting change not just mentally, but on a physical level, was an eye-opener. It was a liberating and transformative experience from inside out. It is a process of co-creation, where the coachee steers, while Ellery guides from beside.
I would definitely recommend Ellery as a coach. He listens very attentively, is not afraid to be frank, goes the extra mile and is clearly passionate about what he does.
Coach El has helped me move away from my All or Nothing attitude in my professional life by providing me with easy-to-use tools and a range of possible outcomes to focus on rather than a weakly perceived, rigid one. The main tools are my body language, breathing exercise and posture when I engage with my clients, candidates and colleagues. The sessions help me to align what my brain wants and how I can tap my body language as well as verbal language effectively to acheive the desired outcomes. Coach El has helped me through a difficult and frustrating second half of 2020 caused by the global pandemic as each session has been freeing in helping me ‘see’ that different outcomes can be seen with positivity. The rigidity and short-sightedness of the previous lens I used to ‘wear’ has been slowly replaced by a softer, gentler and more flexible pair of glasses through which I try and view the world today. Thanks a ton, Coach El.
My coaching experience with Ellery was definitely very good for me. I felt really heard and guided into this assertive approach of the Body / Emotion / Language, how they all must grow together. I actually felt a difference in my posture and its positive consequences, either in myself or in the communication with others.
I trust Ellery to coach me, I’ve found him to be very professional, focused in my best interests, always leading me to know more about myself and my behaviour. I find him to be a good coach, as he has this accurate understanding on the many issues that we talked about in our sessions and is able to address them assertively.
I definitely recommend Ellery as a coach, to anyone who wants to deal better with their challenges in life.
"A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life."
~ John R. Wooden
Ellery coached me through a challenging career move. His strengths lie in combining theory and practice in a fun and relevant manner. As a coach, Ellery is observant, thoughtful and sharp. His questioning helped me clarify my thought processes and improve my self awareness. He is also versatile and adapts quickly to different needs and requests with humour and energy.
What I found most helpful was his range of practical coping mechanisms and strategies for stress management, and his knack for explaining the science or psychology behind it. My new awareness of my body movement for example helps me improve my health and better regulate my emotions.
If you are looking for a coach to work with you for better self awareness and performance, or if you’re looking for ways to work through change, I highly recommend Ellery.
I felt instantly connected to El on my first session and I felt safe to open up to someone fully for the first time. As someone who is always looking to improve myself as a person, I have spent at least hundreds of hours on self help books and videos but El managed to provide me with realisations about myself and practical steps on how to overcome each limiting thoughts/belief in just a short 2 hours session.
Through my experiences with him, I felt that the methods and guidance that was provided by El are very personalised to my own life and needs. There were definitely breakthroughs during the first few sessions but I knew that it was not enough but it was enough for me to see the importance of coaching, which made me motivated to see this through. I decided to take up the 10 sessions with El and I have gained more value than I expected. They have manifested in my business, my relationship with my love ones and most importantly, the relationship with myself.
What fascinates me the most is the space that El is able to hold. When I am in the room with El, naturally things that I don’t feel or think about starts to surface and I was able to pour them out safely to him without any fear of judgement and without the fear it that it may be too messy as he was able to pick and select the tip of the string from the mental knot. El does not give me any opinionated solutions but rather, he paints a mind map and make my thoughts and feelings so clear in front of me that I’ll know how to intervene them based on what I want in my life. I start to see the importance of being able to voice out your thoughts and feelings to someone who is professionally trained and have them arranged and explained. You’re doing an amazing job El! I sincerely do hope people start to see value in your work as it is literally life changing!

Before I met Ellery, I was less aware of myself, and the way my mind would react too quickly to a situation. And that caused me to have unfavourable habits and behaviours that did not allow me to communicate well with the loved ones around me. It took a toll on the relationships I had with my loved ones and communicating suddenly seemed so tough. Arguments over small matters kept happening more often than not.
Ellery helped me to realise that I can change my tone of communication through constant self-awareness exercises, as well as a simple shift in my posture during the conversation. It took lots of reminder and practice but I could definitely see the results after a few months of coaching. He was able to guide my thinking and taught me effective methods to help me remain aware of my “areas of improvement”. He also shared lots of resourceful material that he himself uses, which was very thoughtful.
Now, I am able to regulate myself better as well as handle tough situations with a clearer mind. I have also learned how to “hold space” for people, another method that he has thought me to allow the other party to feel heard or understood. I have also learned how to be a better listener, although I still need more practice! Haha.
Ellery also allowed a safe space for me to share my thoughts & feelings. I did not feel I was being judged at any point in time; this is really important to me as only with true honesty to oneself can you really grow and build the behaviours and mindset that serves you.
Truly, I think that anyone who wants to learn to be a better version of yourself, or just wants to understand yourself as an individual better – Ellery would be well-equipped to guide you along the way. The mark of a good teacher is not one who gives you answers, but teaches you to search for the answers yourself.
This is why a good coach is very important and I am so glad I met El. He always manages to create a very safe space for me to speak up and he has made my journey of self-work more enjoyable than I imagined it to be. Every session leaves me more curious and excited to work on the areas that initially felt so entangled and heavy.
The greatest benefit I got from our coaching would be the ability to replace harmful self criticisms with acceptance and love. This single internal change alone has brought many visible results in different aspects of my life – my emotional and mental health, productivity at work and my relationships.
So, THANK YOU EL! You’re a really awesome coach and inspiring person. My self-work will continue because of you. Keep doing what you do!
I’m glad that I have decided to work with you. It is really great how easy to be open with you to share with you my thoughts and in the process, you are sharp and could identify with me the perspectives that I didn’t see for myself. It’s like I have a mirror now to look at the blindspots that I have missed or undiscovered.
Your coaching has also helped me to reconnect and realigned deeply with my thoughts, which brings CLARITY that has moved me to be effective in life, in areas of my work, in my relationships and my confidence.
In applying simple techniques that you shared with me, I overcame the anxiety to speak with people of higher social status.
Thank you again and would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a great coach, who wants to better themselves. Cheers 😉

The journey had since pushed me out of my comfort zone in both the areas of private self-work like meditation and personal reflection to everyday outward-facing moments like dealing with challenges such as situational restrictions, to managing relationships with different personality types. I have to say coaching with Ellery had definitely given me less suffering in my everyday life; more control, as well as the space to be bold to explore better alternatives and approaches and be capable of certain other ranges that would bring me results which previously, I would not have imagined them to be possible for me.
The sessions were professionally conducted and he listens attentively and mindfully. Coaching made me aware that I have blind spots that I would otherwise not know unless its pointed out by someone whom I can trust and feel vulnerable with. What I find useful is when he points out alternative perspectives that I would have otherwise not thought on my own.
I would recommend coaching for anyone who is stuck in life or having issues seeing things with clarity. It certainly saves a lot of time figuring out your own head and flaws on your own.
Within a session, Ellery had helped to highlight various patterns in my behaviours and thoughts, which had previously remained overlooked or blatantly ignored. As a psychologist, I often identify patterns in others, but working with Ellery helped me to realise that there are always blindspots when it comes to oneself. We really don’t know what we don’t know, and it’s always good to have another person’s objective point of view. It was a really useful session, and I came out of it with valuable insights into my situation.
I was looking for a personalised and targeted solution for anxiety because reading and watching content for the masses was not exactly working anymore. Ellery was able to sieve out painpoints quickly and provide targeted customised advice in every session. I always came out of each session motivated and more equipped to face those challenges. Having a personal coach is definitely more effective in helping me organise my thoughts and road to self improvement. Thank you Ellery!

I had a very good experience with El. He provided a safe space for me to share my problems and asked me various questions to help me view things from different perspectives.
El demonstrated a lot of empathy during our sessions and truly cares for his clients by following up after. I would recommend El to people who are searching for clarity in their struggles as well as those who wants to take an active role in self-improvement. Thanks El!
As we continued for more sessions, Ellery helped me identify various breakdowns and offered valuable insights and perspectives coupled with session practice to help me overcome them. I personally have a set of struggles with feeling tense in situations which do not call for it.
With Ellery’s help, I could better see and assess and be aware that I have inbuilt automatic responses and this knowledge allows me to pick and choose how I want to react. There were many ‘wow’ moments for me as I never saw things from a different perspective.
Ellery possess a broad spectrum of knowledge and wisdom in the field of personal coaching and definitely one to consult for personal growth and breakthroughs.
Ellery is extremely versatile and had coached me on a range of issues that I was facing in my personal and professional lives, such as overcoming self-limiting beliefs and improving interpersonal relationships.
He has the knack for asking illuminating questions, prompting me to dig deep into my thoughts and reframe my mindset. With his guidance, I now have a set of mental tools at my disposal to help me navigate through life’s uncertainties.
Above all, I appreciate the sensitivity that he brings to each session. His patience and attentiveness made me feel at ease in opening up about my struggles.
I would highly recommend Ellery to anyone who wants to embark on a journey towards a more fulfilling life.
Ellery has helped me reframe the way I perceive myself in relation to the world. I hadn’t realised how much of my perceptions were really the result of self-talk and assumptions. Ellery points out the language I use and how it affects the way I feel when I interact with the world. On a more tangible level, coaching with Ellery enabled me to manage my feelings of burnout during the COVID19 crisis as well as paying attention to my posture and physical stance. I was able to be more assertive in my requests to my colleagues and managers. And I’ve been able to adopt a more relaxed stance both physically and mentally to issues at work.
As a client, I get to set the topic for the session. It is super focused and with Ellery’s guidance, I was able to gain clarity and become “unstuck”. The solutions are immediately applicable and I feel good that, if I ever get stuck again, I know I can repeat the process and overcome the obstacles.
If, like me, you want to gain some super powers to overcome your obstacles in life, I encourage you to start coaching with Ellery!
I was lost and struggled to see clarity for a few issues in my life when I decided to look for a suitable life coach. Eventually, I met Ellery. He was observant, patient and managed to pinpoint the root of an issue during the session with him. Above all, I was impressed with his ability to help shift my mindset/perspective and provided me with valuable and sustainable techniques. His methods and examples are so relatable which help me to gain more clarity while reducing anxiety.
Ellery was really calm and collected, which provided a stable space for me to share my struggles. He was able to recognise emotions well and helped me to gain more distinctions and clarity about them, which allowed me to understand what I needed to work on.
Get unstuck; get clarity.
Ellery has helped me a lot in my day to day interaction with people especially my loved ones. I used to be a “skeptical” person who’s scared to try something new but with the help of my coaching with Ellery, I became more open on trying new things and receptive of feedbacks and opinions of other people.
Because of me being more open now, I can see the improvement in my communication and relationship with my loved ones and I am closer to them again. This is the most significant shift after coaching with Ellery. I started my coaching journey because a lot of misunderstandings and tension had been piling up between my loved ones and I.
Ellery helped me to speak out my mind (without overthinking), lay out my intentions, listen intently and not jump into conclusions, allowing me to improve my relationships with the people around me.
If you wish for more openness and stronger relationships, I will recommend coaching with Ellery, as he can help on how to see/filter things in a more positive and open way.
Dear Ellery coach,
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the life changing experience you provided through your coaching services.
Your approach to coaching helps me to understand the importance of recognizing one’s own ability, character, behaviors, attitudes and aware of my own strength and weaknesses, and the impact of one’s actions and words.
This has not only helped me to achieve my personal and professional goals ( more positive thoughts than negative) but has also changed the way I recognize and interact with the people .
Your ability to guide me through the process of understanding my own being, including my emotions, values, and beliefs, has enabled me to make more conscious and intentional choices in my life. Through your coaching sessions, I have gained a deeper understanding of how my language shapes my reality and have learned to communicate more effectively with others.
I appreciate your commitment to creating a safe and supportive space for me to explore my thoughts and feelings. Your insights and feedback have been invaluable in helping me to identify my blind spots and work through challenges. Your passion for this work is evident in every session, and I have no doubt that you will continue to positively impact the lives of those you coach.
I would highly recommend your ontological coaching services to anyone who wants to improve their self awareness, identify their strengths and weaknesses, understand themselves better and where they need improvement. Self-reflection on their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and values.
Learn to accept feedback from others, even criticism, helping oneself to see from different perspectives.
And also anyone who wants to learn to manage their emotions. Understand what triggers their emotions and learn to regulate them effectively.
Remember, please don’t rush, self-awareness is a continuous process. It really takes time, practice, and commitment to achieve personal growth.
Thank you for all that you do.
Get out of the way of your own success.
Ellery is a highly perceptive and insightful coach. In our session, he was keen to listen and point out patterns I wasn’t able to see before. He’s also the rare kind of coach who is able to both communicate and demonstrate live key concepts about mind-body connections. I would recommend Ellery to anyone looking to improve themselves holistically and see things from a different perspective.
Ellery is a visionary who helps you become a visionary yourself. Through breath and inner work, he was able to describe in breadth, from a 3rd person’s view, what is key to helping you realize what is inside; within your deepest spiritual desires and the cloud blocking possible paths. I say spiritual desires because he places your personal values into the equation. Ponder upon his words and you will find his advice come back in a full circle.
I have a clearer mind for what I can do, and to focus next, both in my work and life. And what speaks for itself is that I have started applying it and it actually works! (🤞🏻Haha!!)
The feedbacks and suggestions he provided made me feel that I am being heard and that he had listened very well to and thought through my challenges and situations, before putting forward to me a concrete, precise and practical solution for consideration.
I would like to thank Ellery for being so attentive and interested to understand the issues I face and putting the spotlight on the values I hold!!
Asking for help is an act of intelligence.
I was facing challenges in the real world that I could not make sense of then and thought I knew about myself pretty well. El helped me unravel some of the thoughts that were all tied up together, breaking them down into smaller parts to look at and work on.
One significant part of the session was the concept of pain and suffering. It got me looking at it from a different perspective and how purposeful suffering was creating value of work that I have long became jaded to see. I was also able to let myself off the hook for wanting to fit into society’s mould and be reminded to grow at my own pace.
I appreciate Ellery for his dedication, passion and focus in helping others. I recommend Ellery if you are seeking ways to improve, recalibrate or change.
I’d recommend Ellery to anyone who’s aware that they’re in a loop or cycle that they can’t break out of and needs some professional, external and unbiased coaching to help them become aware of how to move out of that zone. It’s really hard to change something when you can’t see the ‘blindspots’ and I think that’s very applicable in this situation.
I was in a very bad place in my personal life and I needed some guidance, advice, help and feedback to organize my thoughts and find a way forward out of what seemed like a constant downward spiral of negativity and guilt. I was trying to control everything in my life.
After coaching with Ellery, I feel a lot more at peace with myself; with who I was and how I came to be who I am. And how to truly love and be compassionate towards myself first so that I may be towards others as well. I’m more confident in myself, I know that I’ll figure things out even when things get messy and I know that life will be okay even if it doesn’t go according to plan.
I loved and respected the fact that Ellery is not one to shy away from calling me out on my shit. As someone who loves to over-rationalize, it’s easy to end up making excuses for myself and frame the narrative as a fixed story in my head. I also think that Ellery’s very skilled at sifting through all my stories (and Lord knows I love to tell my stories to explain myself) and finding the root of my unhappiness or dissatisfaction, which really neatens the whirlwind of thoughts and opinions and feelings in my head which are all entangled amongst each other.
From Ellery’s coaching, I gained a wider repertoire of techniques and methods that I could apply to recalibrate my way of being.
The psycho-somatic exercises I learnt from him were particularly useful. They help me better recognise my psycho-social needs as I process my past psycho-emotional and physical experiences that may have been traumatic.
The body is an archive. Accessing these stored physical sensations via the use of customised exercises helps process past kinesthetic ‘reactions’. It is a compelling method to intentionally process difficult, recurring emotions that may be entrapping me.
During our coaching sessions, Ellery functioned as a critical sounding board, offering me much-needed safety, while nudging and prodding me on my self-work journey. His approach is collaborative (and for me, particularly educational). This safeguarded my agency. It was without a doubt, enabling.
Ellery is an attentive observer, which allows him to support my effort to think more reflexively. As a result, I become more adept at noticing my thought patterns.
His repertoire and understanding of crucial psychological concepts made our coaching conversations insightful and productive. As a coach, Ellery recognises the appropriate moments and ways to address an array of presenting needs.
If you want Ellery’s support, you HAVE to want to help yourself. This decision requires a collaborative commitment. Coaching requires you to be critically reflective – and honest – about the decisions, thoughts and habits that you unconsciously or consciously cling on to, so you can be freed to experience your present as wholesome, healthy and edifyingly-meaningful.
You don’t have to do it alone.
By talking through some of my own self doubts, why i felt a certain way and practicing a simple exercise, i was able to gain a better understanding of how i was my own barrier and take away concrete next steps i needed to take as i understood better what was holding me back.
Ellery’s thought provoking facilitation of the session allowed me to better see my blind spots which while i might have briefly been aware of were not so obvious to me. I also learnt the importance of using the body (e.g breathing techniques, posture/stance) to help me overcome emotions/thoughts which i found to be a very handy and easy to use tool. Thanks Ellery!
I had a great coaching session with Ellery. My topic was on authentic communication, and he provided interesting experiments for me to try out what body postures allowed me to speak from a grounded and authentic space. I knew about the importance of our bodies in shifting our emotional state, but never received such individualised coaching and guidance in how to leverage this.
Through the session, I also gained an important awareness around the key mindset/word that would anchor me in my intent, that has proven very helpful. Overall, Ellery clearly wants the best for his clients and he provided a safe and non-judgmental space for me to explore working towards my goals.
I approached coach El with the intention to find purpose. With his help, he provided me tools to help with focus and decision-making, which helped me in my everyday life.
El helped me identify a limiting belief and with his help, overcome this belief which has given me the confidence to identify further limiting beliefs and find ways to overcome them.
El provides a safe space for you to be vulnerable. He is patient and understanding, which shows he really loves his job. This allows you to explore aspects of your life with him in an environment that fosters awareness, which turns into understanding and growth.
Given these tools I have a better understanding of myself to work through and identify areas where I can improve my own life and reach my goals and purposes. He uses experiential learning in his sessions which brought me into taking action in the real world, so that the progress and clarity is real.
I would recommend coach El to anyone looking to improve areas of themselves. He is dedicated to helping you. However, you need to put the work in to see results.

~ Lou Holtz
As a senior marketing exec, I have faced tons of emotional and mental challenges. Throughout the 3 months working with Ellery, it made me discover most of my flaws and wanting to improve them.
Before the coaching, I was quite a stubborn individual who isn’t keen in opening up new ideas. This has greatly affect my work and lifestyle.
After the coaching, I feel more open by seeking others opinion, listening to them instead of just my voice alone. Even though I feel vulnerable, it made me think deeper and increase my confidence. It has also open some doors for new opportunities and learning.
During the sessions, he has taught me several exercises and tricks. In fact, he has given me honest opinions on how I should improve from my current situation. Most importantly, he emphasize that it doesn’t matter how others treat you/having an opinion on you. Your thoughts matters. Because you can control who you want to become.
A coach like Ellery is very important, because he will guide you to a destination that you have never seen before, discovering your weakness and turn it into a strength. In addition, continuous improvements and wanting to seek more.
After all his guidance, he has taught me to become a direct communicator, transmitting the information straight to the point to prevent miscommunication. As long as anyone is willing to learn and put in the hardwork, Ellery is the one that I will recommend.
Thank you Ellery.
"A coach helps you hear what you don’t want to hear, see what you don’t want to see, so you can be who you've always known you could be."
~ Tom Landry
I worked with El for almost 1 year now, and El has made me become a more direct communicator.
Before I went coaching with El, I found it challenging to communicate my requests and expectations to my colleagues and friends. El has helped me figure out these blind spots. By being aware of them, I was able to make my needs well-known to others – thus making my communication with people around me a lot better. I am able to give better clarity to those around me as well, both in work and personal relationships.
The other biggest thing that I’ve learned through our coaching sessions is empathy and being at other people’s POV. Often not, I assume that other people understand how I’m feeling, or I expect them to do so. Through coaching with El, a new lens has opened up where I understand that others have their own perception and there isn’t anyone that is in charge of my happiness. I am my own master! That opens up a lot of potential and confidence in myself. Because I feel like I can do everything! I’m free, and I’m independent.
I also appreciate how honest El has been with his feedback.
It was very direct, concise, and clear. I appreciate the guidance and the steps he has given me because it makes me think for myself rather than give direct solutions that might not feel genuine to me. He enhances my true colors through his coaching methods and prompts me with questions.
If you are in a position where you think everything feels like it doesn’t go your way, or maybe you are facing some challenges in communicating with those around you, I would highly recommend you go to El! There might be something you can do differently to make a change and impact your environment, happiness, and well-being.
It takes a lot of courage, hard work, and open-mindedness to try this coaching method. But based on my experience – it opens up a lot of possibilities (that initially I thought was not possible), and it makes me feel that there is nothing I can’t do as long as I set my mind, passion, and effort into it. It makes me feel free in a different way and the “I got this” feeling.
Thank you El!
Before I met Ellery, I was unmotivated both in my personal and work life. But his coaching sessions transformed me within 2 months.
With Ellery’s support, I reconnected with my good habits and got back on my routines. I started my regular walks, set time for meditation. As a result, I managed to complete my tasks on time without distractions!
His practical tips and tools enabled me to increase my confidence in handling difficult situations and stakeholders when I joined a new company during covid period. His techniques are effective because they work both in your mind and in your body.
I would highly recommend him to anyone who want positive changes and impact in their lives. Ellery is a coach who can spot the root of your problems fast and helps you to formulate your own solutions.
